do not collect any data without your direct input. Our email sign ups
require a double opt-in. This means that not only must you enter your
email address, but you must also click on a link that gets forwarded to
your email address to verify that you actually are the person who controls
the entered email account. Customers whom we have arranged business with
will be entered into our system at time of booking. The system will help
track appointments and send appointment reminders. While we do not automatically
collect identifying information about visitors to our site, we do use
standard software to collect information for the strict purpose of tracking
activity on our site. This allows us to better understand how many people
use our site and which pages and features are most popular. The only information
we normally collect and store is:

We do utilize some third party software to help provide our services to our clients. Our current third party providers include the following: PrintRoom.com - provides our online client galleries and printing services. | Use of Data | |
| Your personal information is used by us to keep in touch with you via newsletters and specials. We have a variety of newsletters that you can opt-in or opt-out of from our "Join Mailing List" page. Automatic emails sent as appointment reminders cannot be opted-out of. As a general practice we do not share your information with any other company. If we were to begin this practice we will request your permission to share your information with other companies before doing so. | Our mailings will always have a link to our unsubscribe page at the end of the email. We send newsletters and specials based on your subscription setting which can be changed at any time. If you are unsure whether the email was generated by us, it likely was not, but rather the result of Email Spoofing. | |
| Photo Galleries | |
| Our client galleries are publicly viewable unless explicitly requested by our clients and such request is included in their contract. In such cases their online gallery will be password protected and they will need to provide a password as stipulated by Tom Wenger Photography to anyone whom they wish to view their gallery. | |
| Change of Policy | |
| Our privacy policy can be changed at any time without prior notice. A revised policy statement will only apply to data collected subsequent to its effective date. | |
